Covid-19 Response
Covid-19 has effected all of us in so many different ways, it has presented new challenges...
As a result of the pandemic, many of our hands on aid projects have been put on hold as the national lockdown began. Angels Foundation's volunteers have been working from home, as we can no longer travel abroad during this situation, all our face to face workshops, training and events have also been postponed. We turned our focus to people closest to us, helping vulnerable members of the community, doing all we can to ensure that people don't suffer and a result of the pandemic.
We have successfully provided support to thousands of families since the beginning of lockdown including:

Sending free emergency food packs & hot meals

Collecting shopping & medication from GP or pharmacy

Distributing free educational materials, stationary & books

Giving out Covid-kits with PPE & hand sanitiser

Providing children's clothes & shoes
-
Supporting key-workers children in childcare
