Local Community

As a result of the pandemic, many of our hands on aid projects in other countries have been put on hold as the national lockdown began, as we can no longer travel abroad during this situation, we turned our focus to helping our local community, doing all we can to support the places that we live.

Angels Foundation have been helping our local community in many ways, including:

​

  • Litter picking - 30 million tonnes of litter are collected from our streets every year, we want to ensure that our local areas are safe and clean for everyone to enjoy.

  • Regular food bank donations - donating food for our local community helps people massively! With the rise in living costs, some families may struggle to have proper food.

  • Book-sharing - we have donated lots of books to sharing libraries in our local communities, we believe reading should be accessible to everyone. We have given a mix of children's books and adult books to allow local people to read books for free, helping boost wellbeing.
